Climate Leaders at Mizzou is a student organization that is dedicated to educating in the form of group presentations/speakers and our book club on climate-related issues, advocating for strong climate action in the form of activism, encouraging the University to divest from the fossil fuel industry, and providing a safe space to discuss eco-anxiety and solutions for eco-anxiety.
Members can expect to have their voices heard by club leadership. Members have a role in shaping club goals, event ideas, and more. Members will have the opportunity to be involved in activism that makes a difference and to be surrounded by other passionate environmentalists.
