Mission The Mizzou Space Program is a student-led organization that is focused on furthering aerospace engineering interest by competing in collegiate rocket competitions, working on individual Tripoli Rocketry Association certification rockets, and conducting research into high-powered rocketry and rocket propulsion systems. MSP also provides current students the opportunities to network in the growing aerospace industry and inspires student interest in STEM through K-12 outreach events. Formed from the merger of the university's chapters of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) and American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) in 2018, MSP is now one of the largest engineering organizations on campus with members representing a variety of backgrounds and fields of study.
