About Us

ASUM is a nonpartisan, student-run organization serving all students of the University of Missouri System. ASUM advocates for fellow University of Missouri system students with Missouri lawmakers and Mizzou administrators while also increasing civic engagement on campus. By tackling issues like funding for higher education, mental health initiatives, college affordability and more — ASUM empowers change across all of University of Missouri campuses. ASUM also hosts a variety of campus events including National Voter Registration Day every September in addition to both social and professional development opportunities for our members.
