Raise Awareness- Educate students about the critical role sleep plays in their academic success, mental health, physical health, and overall well-being. Interactive Engagement- Use relatable examples, peer stories, and brief self-assessments to help students reflect on their current habits and feel seen/heard. Connect Sleep to Broader Wellness- Show how good sleep fuels energy, focus, mood, motivation, and resilience impacting everything from grades to relationships Debunk Myths- Challenge common college freshman misconceptions like “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” or “I can catch up on weekends.”
