The GPC SkillXchange series is designed to empower graduate students through hands-on workshops and peer collaboration. In the first session, R for Statistical Computing, participants will explore key aspects of R, including IDEs, object structures, data import techniques, and exploratory data analysis. You’ll also learn how to visualize data and apply linear models using R.

Whether you're new to R or looking to enhance your skills, this interactive session will provide practical tools and peer support to advance your data analysis expertise. This event is supported by the Graduate School and organized in collaboration with the Center for Applied Statistics and Data Analysis (CASDA). Lunch will be provided, and participants are encouraged to bring their laptops for an immersive learning experience.
