This workshop helps TAs, GIs, and postdocs develop strategies for effectively working with supervising faculty by clarifying expectations, communicating progress and challenges, navigating differences in working styles, and addressing concerns respectfully. Through discussion and practical scenarios, participants will learn how to build productive faculty relationships, reduce misunderstandings, and contribute to a constructive mentoring relationship.
