Join us for an interactive workshop with Dr. Heather Hoffman, Assistant Dean for Professional Development in the Graduate School, designed to help graduate students create an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to set clear academic, professional, and personal goals. This session will cover SMART goal-setting, accountability strategies, and progress tracking to keep you on track—whether you're pursuing an academic career or exploring diverse professional pathways.
📜 Earn a Certificate! Graduate students who complete all three workshops in the Human Skills Series will receive a Certificate of Participation.
