Join us for an enlightening conversation with Drs. Arouca and Sandra Chrapah. Distinguished faculty members who bring a wealth of experience as international graduate students in the United States. Originally from Brazil, Dr. Arouca earned both her master's and doctoral degrees at the University of Montana and has since become an expert in higher education administration and intercultural communication. Originally from Ghana, Dr. Chrapah was an exchange student during High School in MInesota and later pursued her bachelor's, master's, and doctorate in the U.S. (including at Mizzou).

This unique session offers invaluable insights into the journey of international graduate students who have successfully navigated the U.S. academic landscape. They will share their personal experiences, challenges overcome, and lessons learned during their time as graduate students and beyond.

Following the short presentation, they will open the floor for a Q&A session, providing you with the opportunity to ask specific questions about your own academic journey.
