Mission
Our mission is to make all current and incoming Hispanic students at the University of Missouri School of Law feel welcome; to make everyone feel included and provide a nice and established space in which students from diverse and similar backgrounds, can connect with others and form strong, personal, academic, and professional connections with others, while also sharing their culture and their experiences together.

Membership Benefits
As a members of HLSA we get to surround ourselves we fellow Hispanic students and attorneys who work towards advancing the recognition and leveling the playing field for equal oportunities for the Hispanic members of our society. We get to visit with them, listen to their personal and professional experiences, and participate along with other Law Schools in Missouri in mentoring programs with the Hispanic Bar Association of St. Louis.

We also love sharing our culture and life experiences with our fellow students, building community and friendship, understanding that even though we may come from different backgrounds, our values, goals, and interests unites us in ways that helps strengthen our society, embrace diversity, and improve equality of opportunities for everyone.
