Mission
Monthly general body meetings, which focus on cultural topics, activities, and have an emphasis on exposure to facets of Japanese culture that are often overlooked in the US. Along with general body meetings, there are social meetings, which are laid-back events with an emphasis on community and building lasting relationships between members. We also attend Mizzou-led cultural events throughout the year and announce them accordingly. Overall, we are passionate about creating a more accessible avenue to learn Japanese, maintain study groups, participate in the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test), and create a welcome environment for international students.
