Andrea Follett

Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations
Andrea Follett has focused much of her professional career on issues that matter in the workplace. Prior to joining DOLIR, she provided human resource counsel to Missouri school districts and served as Coordinator of Professional Development at the University of Missouri School of Law. Throughout her career, Andrea has provided training to a variety of audiences on topics ranging from law and policy interpretation to interview skills and professional networking.
Andrea received her Bachelor and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Missouri, and she holds a Certificate in Labor Relations – Collective Bargaining from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Shanon Fucik

Shanon Fucik, MBA, RN, CPN, NEA-BC, is the chief nursing officer at University of Missouri Health Care. Fucik joined the organization in 2021 from Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics in Kansas City, Missouri, where she served as the senior nurse director of emergency services, trauma, critical care transport and patient logistics.
Fucik has more than 20 years of experience in nursing department administration with expertise in all areas of health care leadership, including team leadership, hospital operations, budgeting, strategic planning, program planning, quality and performance improvement, project management, and leadership development.
Fucik earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas School of Nursing. She was elected to the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) board, is the past president of the Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders and the past treasurer of the board for the Society of Pediatric Nurses.

Kenna Cornelius serves as the Associate Director of Student Engagement & Activities at Mizzou. In her role, she supports student organizations, campus activities, the Resource Centers, Welcome Week, and other student involvement initiatives. Kenna believes in the transformative power of student involvement; she believes it is a place where students can form community and develop critical skills.
Kenna has a Juris Doctorate and Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri, a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Student Personnel from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from McMurry University.

Diamond Scott is a human resources professional, who currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for The Kroenke Group, a local commercial real estate development firm. Diamond graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications in 2009 and a Juris Doctorate in 2013.
