Victoria Garrick Browne is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, TEDx speaker, mental health advocate, podcast host, and former Division I athlete who has built a community of over 2 million followers by empowering people to show up as their unfiltered selves. She first shared her story in her viral 2017 TEDx Talk, “The Hidden Opponent,” detailing her battle with depression and anxiety as a student-athlete on the Women’s Volleyball Team at USC. Victoria was a four-year starter, PAC-12 Champion, and finished with the top five most digs in program history. Victoria is the Founder of The Hidden Opponent, a leading mental health nonprofit and Adidas national partner, recognized by Kobe Bryant as a standout resource for athletes. Her work has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Women’s Health, The Players’ Tribune, People, and on shows including The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Drew Barrymore Show, E! News, Meet the Press, and Access Hollywood. A sought-after speaker, Victoria travels nationwide to universities and conferences, working to destigmatize mental health and inspire others to live authentically and unapologetically.
