Mission
The Minority Association of Pre-Health Students exists to provide an environment wherein undergraduate students receive academic support, networking opportunities, and peer mentoring to ultimately bring about admission into graduate and professional school in healthcare-related fields.

Membership Benefits
MAPS is umbrellaed under the Student National Medical Association, SNMA, and benefits from the programming and opportunities provided through SNMA. Our main focus is professional/career exposure, to support this we invite speakers and panelist to discuss their journeys to healthcare. Academic support is another focus of ours, we offer study halls and peer connection to aid and uplift each other academically. MAPS offers many opportunities for basic life support trainings such as Stop The Bleed and CPR. Last but not least, volunteering and community involvement are priorities of MAPS to support all those that we can and develop us into grounded healthcare professionals.
