Mission
The purpose of Mizzou Black Creatives is to foster creative empowerment among Black creatives by offering a platform for artistic expression, providing various opportunities to showcase their skills, offering artistic services to the community, and promoting academic student success. In order to network, share ideas, and provide a support system for the arts, we bring together African-American students and people who are interested in African-American art and design. Through a variety of programs and events hosted throughout the fall and spring semesters, this organization also educates the MU campus about the past, present, and future of African-American art and design.

Membership Benefits
Members will benefit from being around other Black Creatives and learning / inspiring one another. Creatives will get the opportunities to submit into showcases, attend workshops, events and enjoy a space where they can be their authentic selves.
