Let’s be real: writing a dissertation is hard. It’s likely the longest thing you’ve ever written, and it often seems as if there is never enough time to get it done. Not only that, but sometimes it may feel like the last thing you actually want to do. In these workshops, you’ll be introduced to a mindful approach to writing that supports you in finding a more sustainable, easeful approach to completing your dissertation–or any graduate-level writing project. Over a series of four weeks (on Feb. 5, Feb. 12; Feb. 19, and Feb. 26), this workshop will offer a series of strategies as well as time for writing.

**Please note that this is a 4-week workshop that requires registration before you begin attending.

Dates for this 4-week series will be Wednesdays at 12pm:

The second 4-week series will begin on Wednesday, Mar. 5. You may register for one or both 4-week sessions.
