Personal branding is the intentional, strategic practice of defining and communicating your unique value, skills and reputation. It’s how others experience and think about you. People form perceptions about who you are, what your stand for, the value you bring and what they can expect from you based on your behavior, communication and decisions over time. In other words, your track record. Our goal is to provide you with a fresh approach to thinking about building your personal brand in ways that bring greater influence, impact and personal fulfillment. This leadership workshop will help you develop your personal brand promise using the 3 P’s Framework: Positioning (how people think of you), Purpose (your why, your reason for being) and Personality (captures your unique values and voice). The workshop will begin with a mini-lecture to introduce the topic followed by the 3 Ps Framework exercise and participants then joining in group discussion.  Lunch will be provided.

A [brand] is not just something we say, it’s something that we live. So the question is how can we live in such a way, how can we do things so that people are more likely to get the right impression of us.
