Identify Personal Stressors- Guide students in recognizing their unique sources of stress (academic, social, financial, identity-related, etc.), particularly those relevant to them Connect Students to Resources- Highlight campus mental health services, peer support options, and digital tools tailored for mental wellness. Make It Real and Relatable- Use authentic examples, memes, short videos, and interactive moments that reflect our students communication style and lived experience.
