The purpose of the Student Organization for the Advancement of Research Education or alternatively the acronym SOARE is to instill knowledge, curiosity, and excitement for STEAM in high school students as well as current university students in Missouri by increasing the accessibility of science research opportunities at the high school level.
Members get to be a part of something bigger than themselves by planning an event for 500+ students and getting experience guiding high school researchers.
