Is Remote Work Right for Me?: What to expect and how to prepare for working in a remote/hybrid environment
The COVID-19 Pandemic quickly forced companies and organizations to adapt remote/hybrid work, bringing additional complexities to the employee/employer relationship that many have been unprepared to manage. While remote work has proven successful for many, it is important to understand the unique challenges, expectations, and responsibilities that an employee may experience to have the best chance of success in their role. In this session, Kimberly LeCompte will host a discussion on how to navigate the various challenges and the dos and don'ts of remote work.
