Mission
The Missouri Alpha Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon strives to consistently produce men of character who exemplify our cardinal principles of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love while positively impacting those around them. The chapter is committed to offering an inclusive community for brothers to develop themselves and learn what it means to truly live a balanced life.

Membership Benefits
-Balanced Man Program. 4-year continuous development program that replaces pledgeship and eliminates any opportunity for hazing.
-Substance-free facility. No alcohol or controlled substance is allowed in our house or on our property. This makes our house a place where everyone is welcome at all times, a comfortable living space, and a place where productivity and work can happen.
-Focus on academics. Our chapter dedicates resources and programs that help our membership achieve their academic goals.
-Brotherly love. SigEp emphasizes brotherly love rather than brotherhood, and that creates a bond that is among the strongest on campus. We are selective in our bid extension process and take time to ensure that every member we extend a bid to is worthy of being a SigEp.
