Some of the benefits that come along with being a member of the ministry would include: - Growing in your spiritual relationship with Christ - Developing relationships with others who have the same common end goal in wanting to grow in their faith and also having a goal of making Christ known - Gaining new skills and tools that can be used throughout your lifetime to help disciple all peoples from all the nations.
