Presenting Your Research Part II: Visual Communication (12 April 2023)

In this webinar, we will discuss how to design your visual research or scholarly presentation. Whether a poster or PowerPoint presentation, this workshop will provide you guidelines and tips to create a visual product that will inform your audience without overwhelming them. Plenty of successful and unsuccessful examples will be shared. Activities will focus on visual communication of your research, including data visualization, poster design, slide contents, and visuals to engage your audience.

Join the Zoom meeting from a Mizzou-authenticated account. Participation in this presentation will be applied to the S.T.A.R. recognition if attendees 1) are present for at least 40 minutes of the presentation and 2) join breakout room discussions.
