Getting Excellent Letters of Recommendation (8 October 2025) (S.T.A.R. eligible)

Obtaining an excellent letter of recommendation from a faculty member who knows you well and can describe your skills and strengths... is priceless. Join staff from the Office of Undergraduate Research to discuss: when to start cultivating these relationships, who are good letter-writers, when should you ask, what do you need to provide, and how to follow up.

Join the Zoom meeting from a Mizzou-authenticated account. Participation in this presentation will be applied to the S.T.A.R. recognition if attendees 1) are present for at least 40 minutes of the presentation and 2) join breakout room discussions.
