Whether you're looking to build healthier habits or simply carve out space to breathe, this series is designed to meet you where you are—and help you move forward with intention. Participants in our multisession program will learn helpful concepts and practical stress management strategies they can easily incorporate into everyday life. Program highlights include: Dimensions of wellness, mindfulness, breathing techniques, recasting, responding versus reacting.
