Mission
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated was founded on the belief that true sisterhood and service extend beyond socializing and elitism. Within an environment of social change, five visionary women sought to create an organization dedicated to fostering unity, uplifting communities, and inspiring progress. Our mission is to promote the highest standards of scholarship, raise awareness of societal challenges, and take purposeful action to address issues impacting humanity, particularly those affecting the Black community. Through service, education, and advocacy, we strive to create lasting, positive change while upholding the principles upon which our sisterhood was built.

Membership Benefits
Professional Development: Exposure to a network of professional women who span the landscape, including medical doctors, professors, educators, accountants, congressional members, and more. Membership in Zeta provides the opportunity to develop, leverage, and expand both professional and leadership skills and abilities.

Personal Development: Being a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated allows members the opportunity to grow through service and leadership opportunities that align with their personal values construct. On the life-long journey of Sisterhood, you will examine how to take your rightful place in the Sorority and our Global community while challenging yourself to grow, learn, and excel.

Sisterhood is the ties that bind us. Founded in part by two biological sisters, we are tethered by the bond of Sisterly love, always remembering that we are our Sisters' keeper.
