Join us for a Q & A session to learn more about how to get involved in the Civic Leaders Internship Program (CLIP) with Dr. Chad Follis and the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs with Hilary Sedovic.
The Civic Leaders Internship Program (CLIP) is a unique personalized internship experience that expands the classroom learning to real world engagement. Students gain professional industry experience by working in a range of State Government Legislative offices, Civic/Policy Associations or municipal and county governments. Most of these opportunities are year-round with the Missouri State Capitol focused on the spring semester. These opportunities grow student skills, professionalism and understanding of civic careers. Even if you aren’t looking for a government career, you will learn about the policy process and how it impacts your industry, that is valuable knowledge that sets you apart! Networking is another unique advantage of this program, students will meet and work with individuals from across the state and nation, rapidly growing lifelong contacts.
The Coro Fellows Program at the University of Missouri – St. Louis prepares exceptionally talented early career professionals to build their leadership skills through meeting and working alongside influential community members.
