1. Promote the growth of professional, educational, and research goals of agroforestry and forestry graduate students attending the University of Missouri-Columbia.
2. Provide a forum through which graduate students of the School of Natural Resources with an emphasis in Agroforestry and Forestry can interact and support each other through past experiences and collaborative thinking.
3. Provide a means by which agroforestry and forestry graduate students can use a collective voice to express concerns regarding programs and policies at the departmental, college, and university levels.
4. Provide a mechanism for disseminating information about available resources for professional and scholarly development.

At the start of each semester we hold recruitment events. Attendance to one recruitment event is required to formally pledge. After you formally pledge we have pledge education and initiation. Only after initiation are members added to the engage.

The purpose of the Alpha Deta Zelta Chapter of Alpha Psi Omega is to stimulate interest in theatre activities at the University of Missouri-Columbia and to secure for the university all the advantages and mutual helpfulness provided by a large national honor society. By electing students to membership, the society provides a reward for their participation in theatre activities of the university. The society will give acknowledgement to those demonstrating a high standard of accomplishment in theatre, and provide a wider fellowship for those interested in theatre. Our chapter, most of all, intends to improve the craft, quality, and scholarship of theatre in our department, focusing on the development of the artist/scholar.

AAF Mizzou general meetings are open to all students interested in learning more about advertising, journalism, communication and business. Members are recognized by the national AAF organization and eligible for scholarships, attendance to regional events and able to join an extensive network of students & industry professionals.
