Graduate students possess a multitude of skills and talents that can be applied to a wide range of careers. To help you gain a clear perspective of your future we’ll discuss how to identify your unique strengths, passions, and values and apply those to the job search.

How do I find what's relevant for me? Whether you're just getting started in your graduate program or nearing your defense date, it's always the right time to think about job searching! In this session, we'll dive into the job search process, including topics like: how to find relevant job postings; how to dissect a job ad; how to evaluate potential jobs and employers; and how to balance your job search with your graduate studies. Together, we'll strategize to help take the stress out of the job search process.

Your LinkedIn profile is your prime online presence where you build your professional brand, showcase your professional accomplishments, network & engage with other experts in your field, participate in discussions, learn about potential employers, and much more. Come learn about the key elements of a LinkedIn profile and how to improve your public online presence.
