Paint the M

Every year during Welcome Week, incoming Tigers paint the Rock M at the Mizzou Softball Stadium, a tradition that began in 1927. Students will also have the opportunity to decorate a souvenir rock to commemorate the experience.

Open toed footwear is not permitted on the Rock M.  Please wear tennis shoes.  Expect to get paint on your clothes

 

Please note, this event will operate under a clear bag policy. The following bags are allowed:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″;
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (such as Ziploc or similar); and
• Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″
  (about the size of a hand).
