About Us
The ShowMe Ukraine Society (ShowMe Ukraine for short) is an identity-based organization dedicated to celebrating and elevating the Ukrainian language and culture on campus. This organization is committed to serving the needs of Mizzou's Ukrainian diaspora and non-Ukrainian individuals who wish to support Ukraine or take an interest in the language and culture. ShowMe Ukraine serves Mizzou students through the following four branches of activism: 1) Regular "Aid for Ukraine" fundraising efforts through tabling and dedicated fundraising events. 2) Spreading awareness about the impacts and realities of Russia's aggression and Russia's propaganda regarding Ukraine. 3) Spreading awareness about the Ukrainian language and culture and the history of its independence on campus. 4) Provide a space for students to connect and practice Ukrainian culture through language, arts, and national cuisine.
