Presenting Your Research Part I: Story Design (12 March 2024) (S.T.A.R. eligible)

Have you been conducting research/creative scholarship? Are you going to present your work to a group, at a conference, or a ‘poster’ session? In the first of two workshops, this discussion will help students determine how to best deliver results to their intended audience and begin planning a story arc for a presentation. Learning goals include: understanding your communication objectives, clarifying your research messages, and structuring your presentation for your audience.

Join the Zoom meeting from a Mizzou-authenticated account. Participation in this presentation will be applied to the S.T.A.R. recognition if attendees 1) are present for at least 40 minutes of the presentation and 2) join breakout room discussions.
