The Mizzou Student Foundation (MSF) is a student organization dedicated to serving students and the entire Mizzou community. Our goal is to provide university donors with a personal connection to Mizzou students. We educate the student body about the importance of charitable giving to the university and the opportunities afforded to Mizzou students as a result of private donations. In an effort to help students understand the significance of private giving, the Mizzou Student Foundation works diligently throughout the year to raise awareness among students. We host fundraising events throughout the year and provide opportunities for students to show their appreciation to university donors. In addition, MSF members serve as student ambassadors at important university events, including the Jefferson Club dinners and the Chancellor's Society luncheon. Rally Mizzou is MSF’s newest fundraising effort and designed to help students support fellow students. Hundreds of students leave Mizzou each year because they can’t afford their tuition bill. Often, these students owe the university less than $2,000, far from a fortune but a significant sum of money for any single student. The goal of Rally Mizzou is to keep the Missouri Tiger family enrolled in class and progressing toward graduation. In partnership with the Vice Provost of Undergraduate Studies, the Director of Financial Aid, the Director of the Cashier’s Office and key partners in the Office of Advancement, Rally Mizzou will distribute gifts each semester to students who qualify and apply for the award. Awards will go to students who: owe $2,000 or less, have completed a minimum of 90 credit hours, and have no disciplinary holds.
