➤ Guides annual schedule, oversees committees, requests funding, and represents ACES across campus.
Vice President
➤ Supports planning, manages committee directors, organizes elections, and assists with fundraising.
Treasurer
➤ Maintains the budget, tracks expenses, and ensures smooth event reimbursements.
Historian / Secretary
➤ Records meeting minutes, attendance, and maintains ACES listserv and event data.
Director of Speaker Selection & Programming
➤ Plans events, recruits diverse speakers, and develops professional programming.
Director of Social Media & Public Relations
➤ Manages Engage, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
ELECTION TIMELINE
Elections are held every fall, and we welcome graduate students, postdocs, and post-baccalaureate scholars to apply for officer and committee director positions.
