Who are we?

SWE is a not-for-profit educational and service organization that empowers women to advance in engineering through leadership and community. SWE is the driving force that establishes engineering as a highly desirable career for women through an exciting array of training and development programs, networking opportunities, scholarships, outreach events and advocacy activities.

Our Goal

The Society of Women Engineers strives to advance and honor the contributions of women at all stages of their careers and recognize the successes of SWE members and individuals who enhance the engineering profession through contributions to the industry, education, and the community.
