Basics of Membership

Certified Peer Educator Training

Each Well-Being Peer will complete the NASPA National Certified Peer Educator Training to be allowed to provide educational content.

This can be achieved via a 3 credit hour class ED_LPA 3110 that is offered the last 8 weeks of the fall semester OR in a not-for-credit, accelerated, intensive training that will be scheduled throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Weekly Meetings

Well-Being Peers meet every Tuesday (that classes are in session) from 6pm-7pm in the Wellness Resource OR RSVP Centers.

This time is used to plan events and programs, practice presentation skills, learn important information related to the program, and create strong team bonds!

Outreach Events

Well-Being Peers participate in peer program developed, AND other Student Health and Well-Being outreach events throughout the semester, the volunteer requirement at events is 4 hours per semester.
